Installations

Temporary and permanent transformation of the school’s physical spaces have been encouraged by the very nature of its original program. The building’s architects, Carmen and Elin Corneil with Jeffrey Stinson, understood the need for improvisational spaces for design-making-learning.

Design-build projects highlighted in this section include physical/spatial transformations within Building 22 as well as on the 4th floor of the Azrieli Pavilion (aka Middle Earth).

Special projects include ‘Hub’ renovations, Courtyard design-build, and summer studio installations.

These installations were created as custom displays for Rooms 204, 208, 209, TDR and the Michael Coote Gallery.
